Hillcrest Halls are available for hire. 

There are two halls, an office space and a lounge area. 

Both halls have catering facilities and the large hall also has a stage. 

There is full disabled access throughout.

Weekends 

Hillcrest Halls are available for hire on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings. Outside term time Saturday morning is also available. 

Afternoon Sessions (between 2-6pm) 

Children’s Party (up to 10 years) £95 (member concessions £85)
Other private hire £120 (member concession £110) 

Evening session 

6-10pm £30 per hour
10pm – Midnight £40 per hour. 

If a hirer wishes to book a longer afternoon or evening session then a reduction from the full cost may be negotiated. 

Weekdays 

There is limited availability for weekday bookings. Charges are based on £15 per hour, for longer sessions charges may be negotiated. 

New Year 

Special rates are available for hire at New Year, please enquire. 

Deposits 

There is a returnable surety charge (£60 for children’s parties or up to £300 for other hires) as a deposit against any additional costs incurred by the Association
